Prime Minister Justin Trudeau says he’s invited provincial and territorial leaders to Ottawa to discuss Canada’s climate change plans later this month before an international climate summit gets underway in Paris.

Trudeau says the Nov. 23 meeting will include a briefing of first ministers and the Liberal cabinet by climate scientists, followed by a working dinner with the premiers.

Trudeau has invited all the provincial and territorial leaders to join him at COP21, the UN-sponsored international climate conference that begins Nov. 30 in the French capital.
