Rodney
MacDonald
announced
today
that
he
will
be
stepping
down
as
the
MLA
for
Inverness...
The
former
premier
said
he
would
step
down
before
the
fall
sitting
of
the
NS
Legislature.
"I
leave
knowing
that
much
has
been
accomplished
and
that
the
County
of
Inverness
is
on
the
right
track
economically
and
socially
with
improved
infrastructure
and
services," Mr.
MacDonald
said
in
a
press
release
Wednesday
