A letter signed by Prime Minister Harper suggesting Justin Trudeau’s plan to legalize marijuana will make it more accessible to ‘our kids’ started showing up in the hotly contested riding of Brandon-Souris today.
Harper also takes a shot at the Liberal candidate Rolf Dinsdale, who Harper describes as only moving back to Manitoba ‘a few months ago to run in this by-election’.
