Prime Minister Justin Trudeau and his family hopped in a canoe together as part of the Rouge River’s third annual “Paddle the Rouge” event Saturday, along with other nature and wildlife enthusiasts.
The event, hosted by the Canadian Parks and Wilderness Society Wildlands League, teaches people how to handle canoes and kayaks, as well as presentations by the Toronto and York Métis council.
